At Harmony Holistics we offer high quality massage, bodywork and complimentary therapies by experienced and knowledgeable therapists, right in the heart of Liverpool and Merseyside.

Chinese Massage - Using the same meridians and energy systems as acupuncture, this ancient Chinese massage therapy aims to restore the body to health through a deep but relaxing massage. This therapy is excellent for pain relief and muscular-skeletal problems.

Aromatherapy - The use of essential oils via massage, inhalation, compresses and internal ingestion can provide invaluable support to mind and body. The oils have many therapeutic properties and are used to treat a variety of conditions. All these treatments are very relaxing.

Reflexology Treatments! - We now offer reflexology treatments. Reflexology involves gentle, but therapeutic massage of specific reflex points on the feet. Many conditions can be resolved by this soothing, yet rejuvenating treatment.

Reiki - Reiki is a non-invasive energy healing. All illnesses and conditions will benefit from the skilled energies of a trained therapist. All sessions are amazingly relaxing.

Remedial and Sports Massage - For the serious sportsperson, this therapy can both act as a preventative, a pre or post event fillip or aid recovery. The massage focuses on myofascial release techniques to allow soft tissue to heal naturally. For joint disorders manipulation may be given.

Acupuncture - At Harmony Holistics we offer traditional Chinese Acupuncture, Fractal Acupuncture and Auricular (ear) Acupuncuture. Moreover the therapists are the only ones in the area to offer the very powerful "Time Therapy Acupuncture". All can be combined with a massage treatment.

Acupuncture is a very powerful tool to rebalance the bodies energies through the insertion of needle at specific points and meridians. Excellent for joint disorders/back problems, asthma, digestive problems, stress, womens'/mens' problems and general pain relief.

We now offer "Acupuncture Facelifts" - the non surgical way to a youthful healthy complexion. Try it and see the difference!

Cupping/Moxibustion - The use of heated glass cups is an ancient Chinese therapy that can move stagnant or deficient chi. Combined with Chinese massage, this therapy is both very effective and soothing. The application of heat through the burning of the herb Moxa puts heat into the body and completes the treatment.

Pilates and Yoga Personal Training- Both Pilates and Yoga are very effective tools in rehabilitation and personal study. Whether you have a problem or just want greater insight and personal assistance in your Yoga or Pilates practice, personal training can help. We also offer Yoga therapy and Pilates machine work for those working to overcome a health problem and can make personal visits in Liverpool and Merseyside if requested.

Rehabilitation Exercise and Chair Based Exercise - Exercise and well being should not be the exclusive territory of the young and able. At Harmony Holistics we offer a wide range of chair based exercises for the frailer adult (in a one to one or group setting) and specialise in delivering exercise programmes for back and spinal problems.

Personal Training - Mike is also a qualified personal trainer (YMCA trained) and available for all your fitness needs in Liverpool and surrounding area. Personal training helps you tone up, lose weight, improve your exercise technique and gives you motivatin to get fitter.

Prices:

Therapies vary from £25 to £35 (block booking discounts available). For home visits a travel cost will added of between £10 and £15.

Personal training is £40 per session (home, work or park). For gym workouts, the gym charge will be added to this and for visits outside the greater Liverpool area a travel charge may be added (block booking discounts available).
